Hello sweet friends! I spent last Friday cleaning and organizing the pantry in preparation for the upcoming holiday season. It is hard to believe that Thanksgiving is just three weeks away. Today I will be heading out to the stores with my holiday food shopping list. Tomorrow the silver will be polished and final ideas for dining decor will be decided. It is a good time to review previous Festive Thanksgiving Table Ideas.
Festive Thanksgiving Table Ideas
Hello Gourdeous! Several gourds were gathered to create this table. It truly made me smile.
This cheerful table paired cheery aqua gingham napkins with shades of gold.
Oldies But Goodies
This table created in 2012 features classic elements that still feels fresh today.
I love a neutral base combined with traditional shades of fall.
Let’s talk turkey, this table was inspired by a peacock. It was an unusual choice that I still love.
Dining Al Fresco
Living in Texas there are some Thanksgivings that it is just too lovely to stay indoors. That may be the case again this year if our kitchen is under construction.
This table is plaid perfection.
Who knew that burgundy and orange looked so great together?
The plaid blanket made an appearance again but the centerpiece and dishware changed for this lovely display.
Last year it was a jewel-toned table for two which I still adore!
Calming Neutrals
Last week I shared The Gratitude Tree. While it is clear that I like color there is much to be said for calming neutrals.
Each day I will be sharing what I am grateful for on my Instagram stories.
Have a glorious day!

I would love to be able to dine al fresco at this time of year — it’s so pretty. And too brisk up here! Rick said it snowed at the lake today! Each one is really lovely and all different. Beautiful as always, Laura.

Beautifully decorated tablescapes! I’m such a traditionalist that I do the same thing every year. But I’m in love with my holiday blue & white Spode dishes accented with fall colors.

Each one has something so beautiful to look at and I love those bright colors. But I think I love the Gratitude Tree the most. I’m thankful for having you as a friend. You can write that on one of your leaves. 😉 Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Your tablescapes are always so elegant, beautiful and well thought out. I love the way you add the pretty ornaments and decorations to enhance your beautiful dishes.
Weather can be iffy here and I don’t remember a year where we could dine alfresco but I love the set ups you have designed. They all look so cozy and inviting.
Thank you so much for sharing and reminding us how pretty they all were! 🙂
