My plans this past week were to completely redo two flower beds. That, laughingly, did NOT happen. Our heat index has been in the 115 degree Fahrenheit range. There's more of the same to come this week. It doesn't even cool down at night. The shutters at Storybook Cottage have been shut up tight to keep the heat out and the A/C in.
