Recently I went to Minnesota to help my sweet Grandma Ingalls downsize and move in with her nephew Bob and his wife Margaret. ( I am SO jealous, but she didn't think she could stand the Phoenix heat. I don't blame her.) To Grandmother's House I Go. To Grandmother's House I Go Bob and Margaret just moved into the home last month. The house had sat vacant for over a year. They have quite the green thumbs so in no time there will be a profusion of flowers. It's a quiet area with nice ... View the Post
Blissful Treasures
The hardest thing about Bohemian Bliss was selecting just a few treasures to take home. There were so many wonderful things! Here are my Blissful Treasures. My mindset right now is furnishing the Fashionista's new apartment. I picked up this sweet plate and great napkins I thought she would love. However, I am keeping the stamp and vintage floral frogs. Blissful Treasures I can never leave a vintage ballerina behind. They are currently showing up in the "Happy Birthday" corsages I ... View the Post
Bohemian Bungalow Part Two
Bohemian Bungalow Part Two. This is the charming gray bungalow that sits next to the lovely yellow bungalow I wrote about in my last post. Kristin and Dan Alber have spent a great deal of time and effort to restore this beauty to its former glory. Bohemian Bungalow Part Two The interiors have a continuing color palette of neutrals punctuated by a bright spring green. It is as if the legendary Dorothy Draper and Kelly Wearstler have joined forces. I love how the address of the home shows ... View the Post
Bohemian Bungalow Part One

Inside is a profusion of beauty and color. The fireplace is not used in the traditional sense. A tv makes good use of the firebox hidden behind the shutters. I absolutely adore the ... View the Post
Blissed Out Booths
Bohemian Blissfest was a two-day event that featured paper lanterns floating over Blissed Out Booths during the day... ...and beautiful chandeliers swaying in the night. Blissed Out Booths I took over 140 pictures but am sharing just a few of my favorites. It was amazing what a small patch of grass was transformed into. There were precious vignettes everywhere. Bright happy color. Pink ethereal softness. Small bits of happiness. One of my favorite booths ... View the Post
Pure Bliss
I am still recovering from jet lag and sorting through a mountain of laundry but I couldn't wait a moment longer to kick off a week-long series featuring Bohemian Bliss Fest. It was Pure Bliss. Let's begin with all the fabulous fashionistas. Pure Bliss Sweet Jessi stole my heart in her perfectly pink confection. Dazzling Dixie is simply adorable. Both ladies work at Domestic Bliss. Next up is Liz and the adorable Minnie. (Someone please tell me who the ravishing beauty wearing blue is.) ... View the Post
