Bohemian Blissfest was a two-day event that featured paper lanterns floating over Blissed Out Booths during the day... ...and beautiful chandeliers swaying in the night. Blissed Out Booths I took over 140 pictures but am sharing just a few of my favorites. It was amazing what a small patch of grass was transformed into. There were precious vignettes everywhere. Bright happy color. Pink ethereal softness. Small bits of happiness. One of my favorite booths ... View the Post
Pure Bliss
I am still recovering from jet lag and sorting through a mountain of laundry but I couldn't wait a moment longer to kick off a week-long series featuring Bohemian Bliss Fest. It was Pure Bliss. Let's begin with all the fabulous fashionistas. Pure Bliss Sweet Jessi stole my heart in her perfectly pink confection. Dazzling Dixie is simply adorable. Both ladies work at Domestic Bliss. They would need all the final construction recommendations, plus all of the furniture, accessory, paint, tile and flooring selections and of course the final ... View the Post
Apron Strings
I grew up watching television reruns that featured dedicated homemakers such as June Cleaver. They were such wonderful mothers. Who wouldn't want to be tied up in their Apron Strings? Apron Strings I often laughed myself silly viewing the antics of hopeful starlet turned housewife, Lucy Ricardo. It somehow always seemed wrong to me if Alice wore anything other than her standard uniform. Commercials often showed images of women in the kitchen. Magazines of the day ... View the Post
