Hello sweet friends! I was recently shopping in the dollar spot areas of Target and Wal Mart and was inspired to create a Fun Halloween Shelf and Garland DIY. The Supplies I created the garland with the following supplies: Fun wooden tags from the Target Dollar Spot.
