A Favorite Decorating Element The Mason Jar

Hello sweet friends! I hope you had a happy week. Welcome to A Lifestyle Of Love hop hosted by my dear friend Cindy of County Road 407. If you are coming over from Our Southern Home may I offer a very warm “Welcome!” Christy is truly a queen of fall decor. Today I am sharing A Favorite Decorating Element The Mason Jar.

A Favorite Decorating Element The Mason Jar

This month’s theme is Mason Jars and Bottles. Over the years I have decorated with both many times. Most recently at the Enchanted Forest Party.

When Sweet Guy became an Eagle Scout each of the Twelve Points of the Scout Law was represented on a wood slice tied to a Mason jar.

Blue Mason Jars

My favorite Mason Jars are blue. They work so well for both seashore and patriotic-themed decor.

They have even shown up on my recent Easter mantel.

(Everyone always comments on this painting. It was found at Pier I which is sadly going out of business.)

One year I had a blue Christmas and used mason jars at my hot cocoa bar.

While I still have over 30 other posts that feature Mason jars I will leave you with one more craft that is so appropriate this time of year.

I hope you have been inspired to use Mason jars in your own decorating and gift-giving.

I remember those pink rose bath salts. I actually just finished my jar up a couple of months ago! It was definitely a huge hit. Love the hostess gift too. I hope I get to have a party so I can receive one… hint hint. 😉 Loved all of your beautiful ideas! Thanks so much for joining us. Pinned!

I love how you have incorporated Mason jars in your decor throughout the seasons Debra! I did the same thing with my post, and it was so much fun going through all my older blog photos in search of photos with Mason jars and/or bottles. So happy to be hopping with you on this super fun blog hop!

These are all beautiful, Laura. I have tried to find the blue Mason jars — they’re a tough find. But I do have more than a few of the others. Love the hostess gift ideas. The tealights are an especially pretty rendition. The jam could easily be replaced by nuts! Fun, Laura!

Dear Laura, I was tickled when I saw your post was about mason jars. I adore them and have more than my share. Is there anything prettier than blooms in a blue mason jar? I don’t think so. I love all the many things you have done with them – so creative.

Have a wonderful week, stay well.
