Day 10 Spanish Colonial Architecture

Growing up in California and now residing in the Phoenix area, I have been surrounded by beautiful homes, missions, and buildings. Many have been influenced by Day 10 Spanish Colonial Architecture. Day 10 Spanish Colonial Architecture Structure often has white stucco walls, horseshoe arches, decorative ironwork, and low pitched roofs covered in red tiles. It’s that time of year again ~all my favorite blogs start showcasing their fall finds and I turn orange with envy. It hard to envision fall when the temperature is still 100 degrees plus here in Phoenix. Dreaming of A Garden of Autumnal Splendor. Happiness Is

So far this summer I have moved, painted an entire house, sent my firstborn out into the world all while trying to entertain and nurture an active 10-year-old boy. Diamond Jubilee A Feast Fit For A Queen

On Saturday morning I awoke early to decorate our breakfast table for the Diamond Jubilee A Feast Fit For A Queen celebration.  Diamond Jubilee A Feast Fit For A Queen The centerpiece featured a vintage biscuit tin celebrating the Queen’s 1952 coronation.   I found it last summer at the Rose Bowl Flea Market for $2.50. The red roses and blue bachelor buttons came from the Fresh & Easy clearance bin ~ $2.00. The white peonies were a bit more at $7, but their lovely fragrance was ... View the Post

Diamond Jubilee What The Royals Wore

There have been many events leading up to the Diamond Jubilee festivities over the past several weeks. Diamond Jubilee What The Royals Wore. Things really got underway on Tuesday, May 30th, with a garden tea party held at Buckingham Palace. Diamond Jubilee What The Royals Wore The Queen wore a lilac print silk dress and wool coat by Peter Enrione with a matching Angela Kelly hat. She carried her ever-present black patent Launer handbag. Proving once again she is a class act and wanting ... View the Post
