Over and over I saw in many episodes the enduring value of deep and loving friendships. Neighbors helping neighbors. Friends crossing wide rivers to bring joy and happiness to one another.
My youngest friend is 3 years old. My oldest is somewhere in her 80s. All of my friendships are true treasures that I hold deep in my heart.

Of course there was also plenty of romantic love.
My funny Valentine and I are celebrating our 26th Valentine’s Day together. He has, from day one, been my biggest cheerleader and supporter. The flame still burns bright for my husband.

Lastly, I sit here typing this with my cozy, constant furry companion, Grace Ingalls Gunn, by my side. My Gracie girl shares true unconditional love every day. I am a better woman for having her in my life.
