Hello sweet friends. Over the weekend our friends, Mike and Michele, hosted a lovely dinner. The romantic theme was a Pink, Blue, and White Valentine Delight.
Pink, Blue and White Valentine Delight
Michele’s parents, Bud and Nancy, have collected classic blue and white Spode china for years. As they are now downsizing Michele recently brought home several pieces of this classic dishware.
I went over on Friday morning to arrange the flowers. The color palette of pink with touches of green paired beautifully with the blue and white.
This was such a classic alternative to traditional red and pink Valentine colors.
This combination could also work for other holidays, birthday celebrations and bridal showers.
It was truly elegant!
Table Settings
The table settings featured Michele’s wedding silver and lovely pink goblets that she found on Amazon.
The Menu
A private chef came in to prepare the delicious menu.
The food was so good! Michele had to remind me to take a picture as I was so eager to dig in.
The steak was so tender you could cut it with a knife.
Dessert was an amazing assortment of lemon sorbet, biscotti and macarons.
A truly perfect finish to a wonderful evening.
I wore the Valentine dress that I created last year to the dinner.
