Hello sweet friends, I hope you are enjoying a wonderful weekend. I’ve been trying to set aside time in which I stop, take a breath and really savor a moment. Yesterday, it was a lovely, simple tea with my friend, Ginger. We talked gardening, fashion and more. My cup is full. Here’s to Sunday Smiles 111.

Coming Up On DTA

I have been riding the struggle bus when it comes to appetizing meals and desserts while on the AIP diet. Quite a few of you have regularly inquired about my health journey and asked if I could share some good recipes. I’ve been spending a lot of time in the kitchen lately trying various recipes. It’s hard when grains, nuts, dairy, and eggs are out. I’m not gonna lie, some dishes went directly into the garbage after one bite. Starting tomorrow there will be a new series.
