Sunday Smiles Autumn Whispers

Hello, my friends! I hope you are having a wonderful weekend. I currently feel like a Whirling Dervish as I work on a very big project. But I still want to take a moment for Sunday Smiles Autumn Whispers.

I love this darling welcome mat and its smile-inducing nod to Young Frankenstein.

Camping Among The Fall Leaves

As a former Girl Scout, I have done more than my fair share of camping. Honestly, it’s not my favorite. But I could be persuaded to stay at the Whidbey Island Retreat.

In Plain Sight

Heather Bullard has created a truly lovely way to hide her extra-large television. I want this yesterday in Mr. Decor’s mancave.

The Napping Hour

Doesn’t this look like the most luxurious place for a long afternoon nap? All of the rooms are truly pinnable.

The Chateau Diaries

Are you looking for something new to watch for design inspiration? I am currently watching The Chateau Diaries. Chateau de la Lande, a 16th-century French chateau was purchased by Stephanie Jarvis. She is painstakingly bringing this beauty back to its glory days room by room. I’d love to stay in the Chambre de la Tour.

The Chateau Diaries

You can follow Stephanie’s adventures on her Youtube channel. My favorite character is Gerry the elderly Scottish caretaker.

There are well over a hundred episodes. You can see the playlist in order HERE.

I’ll see you on Wednesday!

Good Morning and good luck with your big project! After following you all these years I know if you say big, you mean BIG! Can’t wait to see the reveal!
I agree with Miss Anne, October is a lovely month. Here in the Maritimes it is short but beautiful as the trees grace us with their amazing blaze of colours before the cold and snow sets in. But that is good since it encourages us to prepare for the winter and get in those last few days of getting outside and enjoying what little bit of warmth the sun still spares us before moving along. 🙂
Love your pretty apron. Too pretty to get strawberry stains on! 😉
Thank you for sharing and have a wonderful week! <3
