Hello friends! In the past seven days, a tornado in Nashville destroyed the neighborhood my daughter was living in. The stress took its toll on Mr. Decor who was hospitalized but he has now been released. So I think a bit of luck and cheer is in order. Here are a few Happy St. Patrick’s Day Ideas.
Have some old shoes just laying about? Transform them into Lucky Leprechaun Loafers.

These felt shamrock pins can be used in so many different ways. Pin one on pillows, table settings, or just yourself.
Crafts For Kids
Little Leprechaun candy huggers are a fun craft to make and share.
For those of you that have children at home, these coloring pages are magical.
Happy Go Lucky Crafts
These darling Shamrock poms could be used to make a garland, add to a pillow, tied around napkins and so much more!
These shamrocks made from green ticking surely will tickle your fancy!
Wee sheep in a jar? Oh sweet cuteness, yes, please!
Irish Tea Time
After all that crafting you’ll need refreshments. This Chocolate Guinness Cake looks so good!
Table Decor
For lucky table decor, I looked at the DTA archives.
A cabbage-themed table has never looked so cool.

You do need some cheer and something to smile about, you poor soul. So glad your family are safe and doing better.
Love the happy crafts. The sheep in a bottle are over the top cuteness! Love the pretty thatched cottage picture. Looks like a little bit of heaven.
Thank you for sharing and hope all goes better for you and your loved ones soon. {{{hugs}}}

Thank you for cheery ideas. So glad Mr Decor is doing better. And still so thankful your daughter and family were spared. Seeing the destruction from our local October 20 tornado on a regular basis it is only too easy to see what Nashville is dealing with. Blessings on them.

I was worried when you didn’t post last week, with good reason it seems. Sorry to hear about Mr Decor’s troubles, it’s so worrying when the strong ones suddenly are the ones in distress! Perhaps I’ll get encouraged to do a bit of St Patrick’s crafting for a friend…thanks.

Oh my, things have really been stressful for you and your family! So glad Mr. Décor is okay. Hopefully, you can find some peace and calm in your life. Sewing can really provide some good therapy when things are crazy (except maybe not those hooks & eyes that won’t behave!). So far, I’m planning to be at the DFW picnic and hope it won’t be cancelled because of the virus. Our guild quilt show was scheduled for March 27 & 28, but the city has shut down the convention center. Everyone has worked so hard and it’s our main money raiser, so it’s going to be really missed.
