A Gilded Age Mansion

Recently Mr. Decor and I took a trip to Florida for a family reunion. Arriving a few days early we drove down to Palm Beach to that we could finally see A Gilded Age Mansion that has been on my "must visit" list for years. The Henry Morrison Flagler Museum did not disappoint. Fair warning: this is a photo heavy post so pour yourself a cool drink and savor the images.   A Gilded Age Mansion In March of 1902 the New York Herald reported that the Palm Beach home of Henry Morrison ... Add A Lining To A Straw Bonnet

Hello sweet friends, I hope you are having a wonderful day. Today's Fashion Friday post will work for many era's. The technique to Add A Lining To A Straw Bonnet can be used on modern or historically inspired hats. Add A Lining To A Straw Bonnet I recently hosted a Georgian era garden party. Thinking I would need protection from the sun I looked at a plain straw bonnet I had purchased online awhile back.  I then went to Pinterest for inspiration. There are pages and pages of ...
