Shag Carpeting and Other Groovy Things

I have begun getting our home ready for tomorrow’s Almost Famous 70’s Soiree. Although I didn’t get to the gardening or the dusting I don’t think anyone will notice now that this GREAT wallpaper is in my bathroom. Kidding. Wouldn’t it give you stage fright? Shag Carpeting and Other Groovy Things. Shag Carpeting and Other Groovy Things Double tiered sh, er drapes, my mom’s floral couch and of course shag carpeting. Easter Table Ideas

Easter Table Ideas, isn't this a gorgeous Easter table? It is simple, yet elegant with the pristine white cloth. Easter Table Ideas I love to add individual floral arrangements to each setting. I like to make copies of my originals onto cardstock, add a bit of glitter, and hang them from a pretty ribbon on an Easter tree, door handle or the back of a ... View the Post

Peep Show The Finale

When I was a little girl I remember my Grandma Mary making sure I had a new spring dress and shoes. Everything had to be fresh and pretty Easter Sunday. I miss the days of ladies in their hats, gloves, and corsages. Here is Peep Show The Finale! Peep Show The Finale But corsages don't have to languish in dresser drawers. They look so pretty when pinned to a pillow.  Tie a corsage onto the back of a chair. While I tied on this one I had an epiphany of creating an entire door wreath ... View the Post

Peep Show

I recently came across a bag containing an assortment of eggs and a gorgeous tin filled with all sorts of pretty Easter goodness. It was my kind of Peep Show. Peep Show At the very bottom of the tin were these postcards. I love to read the messages on the back and wonder about the people who received them.  On top of the postcards, I found an assortment of bunnies and peeps. Aren't these wonderful? I am using a few things on the Easter and Mother's Day corsages that I am ... View the Post
