It’s been a bit of a rocky week here at Storybook Cottage. Our heating has gone out with temperatures dipping into the 20s. Thankfully I have two space heaters that are working beautifully until repairs can be made. My sewing space is small and heats up well. It’s kind of nice to look over at my son, now looking for a job, and the dog all soaking up the warmth.
There is ALWAYS something to be thankful for!

More snow expected this weekend . It was so so cold this morning. Hope your heat is working now.

That’s a cute space heater, Laura. I should pick one up for a) emergencies (haven’t had a power failure in winter since 2013 and even then, I had power; Rick and most of the rest of the neighborhood didn’t). And a little one like that would be nice at the lake in the spring and fall when it’s starting to get cold (we don’t have a furnace there.) But what a wretched time to lose your heat! I hope it’s fixed soon.
