Hello dear friends! The days are passing by in a flurry of activity. I’ve cleaned out all of my kitchen drawers, the oven, and the refrigerator in preparation of Thanksgiving next week. Here’s to Friday Favorites A Happy Holiday.
Friday Favorites A Happy Holiday
Normally I do not start my Christmas themed posts until after Thanksgiving. But it falls SO LATE this year! I’ve held off the decorating but I think I will start on the guest bathroom this weekend. There are some wonderful tips in this post.
Cozy Kitchen
This charming Salt Lake City home has the coziest kitchen. The dining room is pretty fabulous as well.
Gingerbread Village Upcycle
I think a Gingerbread Village can work as winter decor quite well. This charming upcycle is so cute and clever!
An Easy and Delicious Meal
In the days leading up to Thanksgiving I am all about easy to make meals in the crockpot.
What To Watch
In looking for some holiday inspiration I came across Mary Berry’s Country House at Christmas. It takes place at the amazing Harewood House in Yorkshire. If you love English country houses, stunning decor and delicious holiday recipes you will love this video.
In Case You Missed It
A Thanksgiving Tablescape With Vintage Favorites
I kicked off the holiday season by attending the Fort Worth Opera performance of Little Women.
I shared the ensemble I wore on Instagram. You can find your own holiday cape in my Etsy shop.
I’ll be back on Tuesday sharing this year’s holiday gift wrapping ideas.
Spread joy!

Love your Little Women ensemble. It’s adorable and so are you! I don’t usually start decorating till after TG and this year it’s so late! So even though the house is still in transition, I have to get something up — and soon — before I go nuts without the light!
