Hello sweet friends! The days now have a bit of crispness in the air that I just love. I bought some fresh-pressed apple cider earlier this week and it was so good. Here’s to Sunday Smiles Autumn Serenade.
Sunday Smiles Autumn Serenade
The sixteen oak trees have begun to drop both their leaves and their acorns. I think I will collect them and make an acorn garland.
Cozy Cottage
Upstairs at Storybook Cottage, there is a section of the attic that was turned into a bedroom/office. The ceiling is steeply angled and I was never quite sure how to decorate the space. This entire cottage is worth a look. It may leave you feeling inspired as well.
I am not quite sure just how the curtains on the angled bar remain in place. Ideas?
Yarn Pumpkins
I’ve seen sweater pumpkins and these yarn pumpkins are just as cute. You can match the yarn to any color palette.
And After Autumn
Earlier this week I assisted my darling friend Cindy with her first Facebook live craft project. You will want to visit her site, County Road 407 to view the post on how to make the darling Christmas trees. She is also hosting an amazing giveaway of a craft kit to make your own.
I’ll be back on Wednesday with a new video of my own.

I may h ave to make that garland with the acorns. I have picked up tons of them here. I’ll use them in decor for fall and then toss them to the squirrels after.
Last night I made onions and apples. So good with our pork chops! Thanks for sharing that!

I love acorns. I have both real and fake ones I use on my dinning room table. Also love the fall colored leaves.
