Decor To Adore

Quite a few of my friends say that Sweet Guy’s room is their favorite room in our home. But I’ve never shared it before on the blog. He didn’t want me to. Sometimes my kids or Mr. Décor will do/say/create something SO great, but they want to keep it to just us. I respect that. But recently Sweet Guy decided his room was ready for the blog. Mr. Décor recently customized a standard shed he bought in a box at a home improvement store. The shed was created for an area of the side yard that was a complete eyesore. The reason he needed to customize the shed is that the area measured just 7 feet wide. He first cleaned up the area and then laid out a pattern that would allow the doors to be opened and items moved in and out of the shed with ease. There was an area in our backyard that was a real eyesore. Mr. Décor changed all that. It was right off of the patio which made relaxing and enjoying our outdoor space a bit difficult. The area had become a bit of a dumpling ground. The first order of business was removing the large satellite dish that came with the house. What a year! I hit a blogging milestone of 1000 posts and also turned 45. There were several projects completed this year and it was hard to pick favorites but I narrowed it down to a baker’s dozen.
