Friday Favorites A Vintage Halloween

Hello sweet friends. Today I have a very special post for you featuring Friday Favorites A Vintage Halloween.

Friday Favorites A Vintage Halloween

Every October my son’s in-laws, Mike and Michele, host an elaborate costume party. They spend months creating decor for both the inside and outside of their home.

This year the front yard showstopper is an elaborate Victorian inspired hearse.

The entryway features a classic black cat.

Dying For A Seat

Right as you enter the home you see that a Dead Mans Party is taking place in the dying room err dining room.

There’s no bones about it, this party is fabulous!

Dinner is on the light side so everyone can keep their skeletally thin figures.

The Staircase

As you make your way further into the home the staircase is eerily delightful.

You can see the miles of paper chains that embellish the ceiling in this image.

When the decor is lit up at night it is even more spooktacular!!

The mantel holds Michele’s large jack o’ lantern collection. Some she has purchased, but most she has made.

The Kitchen

Even the kitchen gets the royal treatment.

Michele’s attention to detail is magical.

There is something fun to look at in each nook and cranny.

Michele painted the cat and made the collection of ghouls.

The eat in kitchen is bedecked as well.

You can see more of Mike and Michele’s creations from other years here, here and here.
