Friday Favorites Grateful

Hello sweet friends, I hope you have had a wonderful week. I’ve been slowly filling up the refrigerator and freezer in preparation for next week’s Thanksgiving holiday. Some lovely ideas have been collected here that I hope you will enjoy. But more than anything, today on Friday Favorites Grateful, I want to thank each and every one of you that has stopped by for a visit.

A Beautiful Berkshires Inn

I’ve long wanted to visit the Berkshires (a rural region in the mountains of western Massachusetts) in the fall. This lovely inn seems like the perfect place to stay.

Fall Mums

Every year I buy one or two potted mums. I generally try to plant them in the ground shortly before Thanksgiving. They come back year after year. This post also has several other good tips.

I think you should make a pie garland with your fabric scraps or quilt squares. It would be adorable hanging in your beautiful kitchen. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!

So many pretty things in the autumn season to enjoy. How lucky you can put your mums in your garden and enjoy them year after year. They are a one season annual here in Atlantic Canada. (probably most parts of Canada. But they do give some pretty fall colour for a few weeks. Sounds like you will be well prepared for your Thanksgiving holiday! ๐Ÿ™‚
