I am now in the midst of packing for my upcoming trip to LA area. I am packing my Flea Market Shopping List. My first stop will be at French General. The uber talented Kaari Meng is a jewelry maker extraordinaire and a collector of vintage textiles. I cannot wait to visit her shop. Is it stalkerish if I bring my books for her to sign? Paris Underground
I recently visited a wonderful little shop, Paris to the Moon. It is an amazing little gem located in Costa Mesa, California. Right behind PTTM is another store owned by Darren Calkins called the Paris Underground. It specializes in the dark side of Paris and I knew it would be a perfect store to adore in October. There are many wonderful places to visit here in Arizona. In the Scottsdale area, is Frank Lloyd Wright and Taliesin West. It was the winter home and school created by the master architect. September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month
September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. Last year I joined forces with a local NOCC (National Ovarian Cancer Coalition) chapter to help create a greater awareness of this deadly disease.
