Sunday Smiles Joyful Spring

Spring has been quite late in its arrival this year. It’s been cool and overcast. However, it has been a banner year for peonies. Let’s celebrate Sunday Smiles Joyful Spring.

Pop It Like Its Hot

On Friday we moved Sweet Guy out of his college apartment. This Mama bird is so excited to have a chick back in the nest I made this Giant Pop Tart to celebrate.

Sunday Smiles Joyful Spring

I pinned images from Edward Bulmer’s English Country House over four years ago. But the cheerful colors and bright prints are truly standing the test of time.

Preserved Beauty

Our garden blooms have been so gorgeous this spring that I would love to try Pressed Flower Candles to preserve a few.

Eye Lift

I very rarely link to products. So when I do, it is because they work. Recently I have been using Caffeine Eye Cream to combat my under-eye bags and fine lines. Best of all, it’s under $10!

Bunny’s Garden

There is a new destination on my must visit list. It’s Bunny Melon’s Oak Spring garden. It is only open 2 days out of the year for visitors. Each and every photograph in this post is a feast for the eyes!

Today the family and I are headed off to the Scarborough Renaissance Festival. This weekends theme is Legends of the Seas. So I am dressing up as Red Coral. LOL

My plan for tomorrow is to edit all the photos taken of the new kitchen and reveal it this Tuesday.

That is one giant pop tart! I’m sure Sweet Guy loved it! Enjoy your week. We are planting tomatoes and all sorts of other goodies. Also working on a temporary chick coop and run for the eight Rhode Island Reds. They are rapidly outgrowing their storage tote apartment.

I hope your weekend was a fine one, Laura. Love the pop tart and I’m sure your boy did, as well.
