As for a capsule wardrobe relieving anxiety – I find I am better served by knowing that I have large enough winter and summer clothes so that if I can’t get to doing laundry for 3 weeks, I still have enough clothes to wear to work! Of course, most are black, gray, navy, khaki, white or combos of those colors to make it easier to choose! (This does not include the 1/2 closet full of Girl Scout wear….)
