Hello sweet friends! Are you enjoying a long holiday weekend? I’ve been working outside quite a bit. Oh, that July Sun! Remember to wear your wearing sunscreen and a hat. This ensures you enjoy Saturday Smiles Pretty In Pink in other ways.
Easy tips on adding pink to your decor.
Saturday Smiles Pretty In Pink
One of my favorite crafting sites recently announced that they have sold their company. Thankfully the website and its years of fabulous craft posts will remain. I loved this Felt Cherry Ball DIY. The happy fruit can be used as an accent in so many ways.
This sweet and simple Scandinavian home features small delights in every nook and cranny.
The organic strawberries have been SO good this year! I’m all about NOT turning on the oven right now. I can’t wait to try this 3 ingredient Easy Fresh Strawberry Mousse.
My friend Linda recently wrote about A Pretty In Pink Palm Beach Mansion. The painting ceilings are absolutely amazing!
I’ll see you on Wednesday with a fun outdoor decor post!

Hi Laura! Well Pink is perfect for Pink Saturday!
My last two posts were about pink.
That strawberry mousse looks delish, doesn’t it?
Too hot and humid to do much of anything lately – wet springs, unbresrably hot humid summers, a few nice days in fall and then winter rest of the year.
I would leave if I could! Hugs.

I am so ready for soft pink to show up on a blog and YOU did it!
Don’t get me wrong, I like red . But it’s been since Christmas that I’ve seen red . Great touch!

Love the cozy porch setting. The strawberry treat looks so yummy. I am not good in some of this heavy heat…but oh I want to enjoy every day this month, for it will go way too quickly. Blessings to you, xoxo, Susie

Hi Laura, Great images in this post. It’s hot in Northern Virginia too. I’ve stayed indoors most of the weekend but took a drive to tour a Frank Lloyd Wright home in Ft. Belvoir, Virginia. I hope you had a great 4th!

Hi Laura. Oh how I love pink. Always have always will. You gals are complaining about it being so hot. Well, it is unseasonably cool here in the mountain dessert. July 4th we about froze to death. We had blankets wrapped around us at our BBQ. Today it is another cool day. So unlike it to be this way in July. Have a fabulous day. Karie.

I love that pink and blush are being accepted as decor colors just about everywhere. So soft and welcoming. Also your pink/red strawberry mousse looks delicious. Your photo is so clear it looks as if you could pick it off the page. Really hot and humid in Indiana also. I always look forward to fall since I don’t do humidity well in my old age, but hate to wish summer away, so I try to get out as much as possible. It’s all good when you wake up every day.

I absolutely love that little Scandinavian corner. I could spend a very happy afternoon there with a book or a friend, or both.
