Fall Fun With Felt

I’ve been busy this week creating a few new, but inexpensive, fun fall projects. I am having Fall Fun With Felt.

First up I made a holiday wreath using leftover yarn found at the Goodwill.

I cut several extra snowflakes out to use in other projects that I will reveal when it is actually the holidays. 🙂

Of course, this didn’t solve my dilemma of needing a new fall wreath so felt and I became friends again.

Fall Fun With Felt

I overestimated the amount of felt that I needed for my two wreaths and had tons of leftover felt. My dear friend B has a birthday soon, so I made two fall pillows for her.

There was still quite a bit of felt leftover so I made my awesome neighbor a set of six napkin rings.

By then I was just about over felt. But I have that “waste not, want not” mentality. So I made a few pins to pretty up a coat or tote.  The rest of my single felt chrysanthemums were hot glued onto a few recycled shopping bags and boxes for fall gift giving.

I’d love to hear what you are Falling In Love with.

Well, I THOUGHT I would have a finished project to report, but it needs some finishing. I linked anyway, because this party inspired me to start something new.

    Laura,

I can't decide which felt project I like best because they are all beautiful. You have been very busy and focused. I on the other hand have only managed to get the water level down (not gone, mind you). Can I link a photo of me in waders? 🙂

    Your Friend,
    Deborah
