Tomorrow is the first day of spring and I am so ready for it! When my dear friend Marty of A Stroll Thru Life asked if I would like to participate in her blog hop I happily agreed. This is the Storybook Cottage Spring Home Tour 2019.

If you are coming over from Inspiration For Moms may I say “Welcome!”. Laura’s springtime vignettes are always a delight.
Spring decor begins at my front door.
Last week I gave my front entry a much-needed makeover.
The only things I purchased were a few new blooms from the local garden center.
The Dining Room
Inside our home, I had fun creating a sweet spring centerpiece for the dining area.
Again I just used what I had on hand to create the two vignettes.
The birdcages were found a few years ago at Tuesday Morning. The sweet bunnies are a treasure from our time living in Germany. Various nests and moss balls are a Hobby Lobby springtime staple.
From this angle of the dining area, you can see the living room. I recently switched out the natural linen slipcovers for happy robin’s egg blue. I dyed these several years ago and they have held up great!
The two fabulous Easter pillows were a recent HomeGoods find.
The Kitchen
In the kitchen, I am still embracing all things pink.
The glass-fronted cabinet contains vintage and antique pink china.
As well as the Easter themed Putz cottages I made a few years ago.
The kitchen table is enjoying a bit of spring as well.
Yesterday I shared all the sweet details.
Inspired by a photo found on Pinterest I simply shopped my home to create this centerpiece.

Every bit is beautiful, Laura. Love the porch and your aprons and of course the birdcages. I’ve got to bring mine up — I do much the same — moss and nests and sometimes a bunny. Those are beautifully shaped. The hankies are pretty on the dinner plates! You think of the loveliest touches!
